Shai Agassi, the founder of Better Place, says China is on the verge of green-lighting EVs. That could have a seismic impact on the production of electric cars because China is one of the world's fastest-growing automotive markets. As China goes, so will the world, Agassi said during the inaugural Disruptive By Design conference Wired is hosting in New York.
